    I’m Rafael Eduardo Galván, co-founder of Born to Baja. I lead the logistics and design behind every adventure, while also serving as one of the main guides on our expeditions.

    With more than 16 years of experience in the tourism industry, my journey began at an ecotourism ranch, where I led diverse groups including university students, non-profits, and private travelers. Along the way, I earned my degree in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Nacional de México and gained certifications in remote area first aid and solar energy installation.

    My strengths are human connection, problem-solving, and making sure every detail of your experience runs smoothly.

    I’m passionate about sharing the wonders of our peninsula and inspiring others to protect the environment we call home.

    I’m Alejandro Galván, co-founder of Born to Baja. I lead content creation, video production, and social media, while also guiding many of the unforgettable adventures we offer.

    With over 16 years of experience in tourism, my journey began at an ecotourism ranch, where I led groups of university students, non-profits, and private travelers from around the world. I later had the honor of working with Experiencias Xcaret, one of Mexico’s largest eco-tourism companies. I also hold a degree in Tourism Management and certifications in remote area first aid.

    My greatest passion is capturing the magic of Baja California through my camera. I love meeting new people, sharing the beauty of our home, and inspiring others to connect with nature and protect our incredible planet.

    For me, every trip is more than an adventure—it’s a chance to show the world why Baja California is so special.
